YG 030724. Golden color with white bubbles. Aroma is apples, yeast. Flavor is apple, yeast, sourness, apple peel, grass. Nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A well sparkling golden colored cider with some white bubbles. The aroma is lightly yeasty at first, but that is only for a few seconds. Fresh apple juice soon take over, and besides that it's only hints of apple peel and grass. A whiff of alcohol too. It's quite dry on the palate, with a good carbonation. Full-bodied and very lightly warming. Fresh apple juice in the flavor too, along with alcohol, grass and some apple peel. Hints of bark and a light earthy hint. Quite lasting finish. Sure a decent one, tasty and quenching, but not very complex. Which of course is just fine. 240702
