Bottle, 75cl. Vintage 2023, Discovery apples. It's a gentle gusher, pouring a hazy orange-golden color and a steady stream of bubbles maintain some kind of off-white colored head. It feels quite sweetish on the nose, fruitysweet, with a distinct apple peel touch. Some apple juice, apple jam and an earthy touch too. It's quite fizzy on the palate, semi-dry, with a light astringency. Apple peel, apple juice, jam and a grassy hint in the flavor. Some alcohol-like notes and and earthy, funky hint as well. Medium length finish. Decent, nothing more. A bit strange mouthfeel, and neither aroma nor flavor showcase the apple in the best way. 240318
