YG 270624. Golden color with no head. Aroma is apple, sulphur. Flavor is apple, sulphur, grass, apple peel, pear, citrus. Nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl. A clear, golden colored cider, very lightly sparkling, with no head though. The aroma is gentle but pleasant, mostly fresh apple juice, with notes of freshly mown grass, apple peal and autumn evening orchard. Some pear hints too, and as it warms slightly even some generic citrus zest. It's medium bodied and not too dry, with a pleasant carbonation level. The flavor has the same fresh apple juice, but with more space left for apple jam (mash) and overripe apple. Citrus zest, pear drop and some faint notes of tropical fruit. Apple peal and apple cores bitterness towards the quite lasting finish. Sure a pleasant one, and due to the low ABV, really drinkable too. 240626
