Can. A clear pale straw colored cider with a gentle carbonation. The aroma has too much sulphur, with fresh apple juice and grass. It's medium bodied and gently carbonated, semi-dry, with a flavor dominated by fresh apple juice. Some foresty hints, apple peel and apple cores. Medium length finish. A bit dull. 240525

Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sorrel, apple peel, sour apples, grass, minerals, leafs, apple cores, bark, hints of alcohol. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Boring.
