Ultra small white rim over hazy orangey ochre beer. Old farmyard odours, curryherbs, curryflower (kind of immortelle), citrus. Again this dry curry powder/ curryflower flavour, hay, farmyard. Aftertaste has some pineapple. Lipsmacking acidity, acidthinning, and soft -burn. Certain wheatslickness. Soft carbonation. How many blends went into this? This is a good lambic/sour, but has nowhere enough depth for being called "geuze". Sorry Bart, keep trying, blending and using time, it will automatically improve.

No head but ultra-thin rim over faintly veiled pale cardinal red beer. Sourish-fruity, red berries, faint citrus as well. Quite sour, very fruity (much more outspoken than the nose), lactic acid; all sugars gone, and not a trace of artificial or concentrated flavours; only faint farmyard. Acidburn and -thinning, lipsmacking acidity, bit sticky feel into film on the mucoses. Outspoken fruitbeer - on the edge of unidimensionality (is that a word?).
