Keg at New Forest Beer Fest. Aroma has tangy coffee. Opaque darkest brown. Frothy foamy beige head. Light bitter coffee with a big sweet sugary sweet streak. Develops a bitter coffee finish. Medium bodied. Creamy. Average carbonation. Long slightly astringent finish. Easy drinking.

Keg at New Forest Beer Fest. A load of fruit right up my nose. Sweet edge. Apple juice and sugar. Cloudy cider amber. A few translucent white bubbles around the rim. Medium bitter. Sour edge. Big fruity streak, with pinches of sherbert and pepper. Light-medium bodied. Slick if a tad thin. Fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Big and fruity and in yet face/snozz.

Can ordered from the resteraunt. I.was wondering if they would count as a Commissioner seeing as they are marketing the beer but the Bat Country logo, address, etc, is all over the can. Aroma... yeah... chai spices... particularly ginger. Opaque amber. Foamy translucent white head. Medium-heavy bitter. Resinous. This is amplified by the spices. These also provide lighter notes. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Nice if you don't mind the chai.

Cask at Hampshire Oktoberfest. Aroma is sweet and malty. Fruit and honey. Hazy dark amber. Frothy foamy off-white head. Citrus and caramel. So light sweet with a slightly sour edge. Develops some berry tartness. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry finish. A light malty beer with a hoppy edge. Pleasent at best.

Can ordered from the brewery. Interesting that the brewery admit it didn't come out as expected so is being sold for £1.98. Aroma combines clementine and peach with a touch of pine. Hazy amber orange. Foamy translucent white head. Extremely light sour citrus with a juicy sweet streak. A touch of spice. Soda water appears into the finish. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Fizzy carbonation. Dry slightly astringent finish. Hmm. This is a beer that pulls its punches. Nice enough but too lightweight in terms of flava.

Can ordered from the brewery. Aroma has stone fruit and caramel popcorn. Hazy amber orange. Thin bubbly translucent white head. Initial medium-heavy hit. Followed by a juicy streak. Resinous. Peppery. However once I get near the end a buttery caramel popcorn flavour comes through which is not overly attractive. Light-medium bodied. Slick if thin. Fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Decent first attempt - a bitter resinous West Coast SIPA but with underlying issues.
