Description
On September 15, 1923, the Mexicali Brewery opened its doors and quickly became one of the biggest and solid industrial facilities in the Northwest region of the Republic.
AB InBev acquired the Mexicali brand in November 2015 via a subsidiary of Grupo Modelo in a deal that included the craft breweries Cervecería Mexicana and Cervecería Tijuana.

Bottle at Tortila Flats Randers. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Brown-amber colour. Spicey light malty and hoppy aroma. Røllike notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Watery palate.

Bottle at KØ09. Mild malty aroma. Clear dark brown colour. Almost no head. OK roasted dark malt flavour. Slightly thin body. Grainy finish, hint of cream.
