Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, nutty, light earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, nutty, sweet malt, caramel, sugary. 6/6/2019. Cask at the 28th Doncaster Beer Festival. Pours clear pale brown with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of sweet toffee, malt, hops, fruit and biscuit. Medium plus sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, very soft carbonation. Bitterness gently increasing in finish. Easy drinking, quite decent.
