Nestled in the heart of the village since November 2020, Brasserie La Bossue, housed in a renovated building, celebrates and preserves our historical heritage. Annick and Frédéric Stutzmann invite you to discover their craft beers, brewed in the "Krumme Elsass" (the heart of Alsace). These unfiltered, unpasteurized creations, refermented in the bottle, reflect a genuine passion for brewing.
