Cask @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. Clear dark copper with a thin head and a mildly robust but recognisably brown ale styling. It's quite easy drinking within its style with a hint of gritty roasted in its nose.

Half-pint, cask ale outside at Baum. Next-to-clear amber-golden body, small white layer, lacing rings down the glass. Subdued aromas of dough with citric notes. Grassy hops to the taste profile, hints of citrus, followed by moments of resinous bitterness to the ending. Average, more or less. (Rochdale 06.05.2018).

Cask @ Calans, Hebden Bridge. Golden with a head. Its aroma is quite neutral, but has a hoppy taste. Fine, but also passable next time at the bar.
