Cask at the Maltings, York on 6th September 2017. Unfiltered amber with thin whitish foam and scant lacing. Rich pungent yeasts and spices in aroma. Spicy orange peel zest and some bitterness in-mouth. Tangy finish morphing into bitterness. Full bodied with an engaging texture. Superb!
