Description

When Maximilian of Habsburg arrived in Mexico in 1864 there were no breweries in the country, the local drinks were mainly fermented. Maximilian brought the first breweries to turn beer into the drink of the upper social classes.

At that time, the carts that transported beer were stolen by bandits. To prevent this, Maximiliano appointed the Charros as the PROTECTORS OF THE BEER, since they were the only ones with permission to ride a horse and carry a revolver.

This legend inspired us to protect Mexican beer, its ingredients, processes and to deliver a product of the highest quality.

355 ml bottle. Clear late staw body, missing head, poor lacing. Modest aromas of grain and grass. Similar taste, grain and grassy hops. Rather short tail. Okay with the Thai food. (Vardø, 26.07.2026).

Dark amber colour with medium white head.Aroma off toffee caramel and toasted malt good note of herbs and light oily texture hops and malt flavour and mild finish.

Flavour: Sweet roasted malt with light fruity notes. Aftertaste is sweet.
