BIAB at the Ipswich Beer Festival. Aroma of sweet apple, apple core, petrol, muck and sulphur. Fruity dry finish, good amount of carbonation.

BIAB at the Ipswich Beer Festival. Aroma is metallic, apple core and juicy apple. Very dry finish with slight carbonation. Ok

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Hazed orangey amber colour, foamy tan head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, fruit. Taste is sweetish, tangy, apple, fruity, juicy, some tartness, earthy notes and drying acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! My English Cidery #492. Golden colour, some white foamy bubbles on top that dissipate away and aroma of apple, flesh, core. Taste is tart, sourish, green apple, fleshy, apple skin, with drying acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

25/7/2024. From BIAB at the 34th Ipswich Beer & Cider Festival. Pours clear bright pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of green apple and apple sour sweets. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with light sourness. Moder body, oily, light carbonation. Very dry finish. Quite likeable.

25/7/2024. Tap at the 34th Ipswich Beer & Cider Festival. Pours clear bright gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is green apple, apple candy with a touch of sulphur. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with light sourness. Moderate body, slightly oily, spritzy carbonation.
