imperial ipa, rather light body for the style, alcool well hidden, dry, floral, aromatic hop, hint of dry tropical hop, dry malt, discreet note of fruit, good, a lot of pleasure yesterday, at the beerart festival, Lausanne, Sauvabelin with my wife.

A good discover, it is a nice and tasty brown ale, a real one with generous notes of roasted malt, nutty, fruity, toffee, hop, subtle, 21.03.2020, buying it at Boissons Service, Prilly-Malley, tasting it at Epalinges.

Opening the bottle, it is a torch, be careful for your clothes. Even though, it is a grear tripel with a great Belgian quality in Switzerland, 22.03.2020. Drinking it at Epalinges, just at the beginning of the covid 2019. Finding it at the closed Boissons Service shop at Prilly-Malley.

hazy pale yellow colour, moderate sized dense white head; aroma of citric acidy, some bread crusty, and definite disturbing acetic acidy and some acetone notes; taste is the same...seems to be infected, but I don't know...the expiry date is Jan 2024...

hazy orange to amber colour, medium sized creamy ecru head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma of roasted nutty, rye bread crusty, some fruity and orange (peel) notes; taste is dominated by burnt bitterness with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; not bad at all

hazy orange to amber colour, moderate sized creamy beige-ish ecru head; aroma and taste of intensive pine resiny (bittery in the taste), grapefruity, marmalade and honeycomb toffee notes; great classical, not too over-complicated IIPA! I like it very much
