For me, it was not an amber of what you could expect or something went wrong with the brassin, even though, it was a sour and tart beverage, quietly drinkable with notes of peach and fruits, dry hop, dry malt at the final during this awful day of wind, 21.03.21, at Epalinges, finding it at one Getränkmarkt, Oey-Diemtigen

Interesting beer, lack of aromas , something that I have observed from this brewery. A light lager wih an interesting hazy and grainy side, a bit fruity and sparkling, malty, discreet note of hop that it could be more floral, at Epalinges, from Oey-Diemtigen, enjoying a large break in Brig to go there, during my job, thanks Covid, 30.04.21, I have tried this bottle.

It is a personal view but this beer is not really an ipa or there was something wrong with the brassin. There is a lack of aromas, a bit malty and mainly watery, hop and bitterness are optional, nothing special. Finding it at one Getränkmarkt Oey-Diemtigen, 21.01.21, at Epalinges.

Gefällt mir sehr gut, mit der leichten Milchsäure geht es in Richtung Farmhouse, Pluspunkte für die Schweizer Zutaten

Appearance: Pale yellow, hazy. Gigantic, creamy white head. Aroma: Citrus, light fruits. Some yeast. Metal. Taste: Light fruits, citrus, some yeast. Overcarbonated. Bought: Garosch, 330 ml, CHF 4.20 Info: 16/12-2022, BB: 16/2-2023

Appearance: Orange to amber, very clear. Small, off-white head. Aroma: Caramel sweetness, medium malt. Toasted. Taste: Medium malt, some caramel. Also a bit tart. Not great. Bought: z’Bierhuus Belp, 330 ml, CHF 6.10 Info: 25/2-2022, BB: 8/4-2022
