Vegas in a bottle(but on tap?) ...K. Goblet @Neon Desert. Dark cocoa brown pour, opaque, heavy but thin oatmeal head. Cocoa & serious grass nose. Dusty, bittersharp/bittersweet cocoa dust, char, lime pith, second wash coffee grounds on the finish that maybe gets a hair too astringent. Great density, frothy, lightweight, a hair too boozy. Good.

On tap @Neon Desert. Goblet pour, on nitro. So, this had no look & feel of nitro, but I got tired of asking questions that night. Mostly clear, Lipton tea color, little ring of thin off-white head that screams flat. Milk & caramel candy drizzle nose. Taste is mellow fruit, lime/apple & milk. I can't point out the coffee. Finish is toast & weak vanilla oat milk. Meh.

Short goblet @Neon Desert. Odd oily dark gold, filtered/settled brew, with a ring of fuzzy lace. Wrong pour? Asked. Fruity, hefe nose. Taste is doughy, high acid, ground pepper, white bread crust. Tastes like a filtered hefe, not bad. Expected denser malt flavors, whatever. Frothy, starchy, middling late acid. Okay to interesting, but not what I expected.

Small goblet @Neon Desert. Very dark brown, nearly black, scrappy oatmeal head. Smells of dark, slightly burnt cookies. Sweet char followed by Nilla wafer & dry, lingering coconut oil. Sharp wood note follow through. Blip of acidity. Bittersweet, edging bitter. Dusty, yet oily, boozy, somewhat sharp. Good.

On tap @Neon Desert. Small goblet. Rich, orange gold. Not super hazy. Astringent/medicinal on the nose. Apple, melon. Oddly sweet(too sweet), mellow citrus rind, slight poking acidity, flabby. Slightly syrupy, low carb, boozy. Not great.

On tap at the brewery pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is nice sweet chocolate roast coconut kick. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate roast malts coffee and coconut.

On tap at the brewery pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice sweet cream notes white chocolate. Taste is more of the nice sweet cream lacto some grain.

Under the new name, Neon Desert, 20th February 2022. Pours a hazy light yellow. Aroma is citrus and candy. Taste is citrus, pine, pineapple. Not bad
