Draft at brewery. Opaque dark brown color. Small tan head. Mild roasted malt aroma hints at milk chocolate. Flavor is more of the same. Sweet roasted malt, chocolate and a hint of toffee. Mild and smooth.

At source: only slightly hazy with a white head. Aroma vaguely fruity and citrusy. Taste is sweetish, low bitterness. Not quite it.

Draught at source: pours amber with white head. Aroma is earthy and caramel. Standard amber taste. Sweetish with low bitterness but some oomph. Fine.

Drayght at source: yellow. Weirdly minty and slightly bread. Tastes fine, but in what world is this a kölsch.

Draught at source: pours slightly hazy. Heavy clove and light banana. Spicy, light bitterness. Not too sweet. Not bad.

32 ounce crowler from brewery. Number one with a bullet. Translucent cola brown color. Frothy beige head. Spotty lacing. Spicy roasted malt aroma hints at charred wood and dark chocolate. Bittersweet roasted malt flavor has notes of dark chocolate and pine needles. Added notes of grapefruit and lime peel as well. Some earthy, smoky notes in the finish.

On tap at brewery. Amber red pour. Small creamy beige head. Rich toasted malt aroma. Lightly carbonated , medium bodied and a soft mouthfeel. Some what sweet with herbal hop notes.

On tap at brewery. Hazy yellow gold pour. Minimal head. Faint yeasty wheat malt aroma. Flavor is yeasty wheat, lite clove and lemon. Lite bodied with minimal carbonation.
