Mild hay nose. Clear golden, headless. Intensely nutty, some caramel, strangely tangy. Hay overtones. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Quite pale for the style, but drinks fine. Heavy on the bittering hops but no significant hop presence in flavor or aroma.

On tap at the brewery yesterday. Pours golden. Aroma is grass and glue. Taste is the same. After sampling all 7 beers that they had on tap yesterday, I left less than satisfied. I want to like the place, obviously, but none of their beers stood out. In fact, they all tasted very similar and were all quite boring/bland - like there’s no love or imagination going into them - like they’re just making beer to make money (without the actual love of doing what they’re doing behind it).
