Tap at the brewpub. Pours coppery gold with a white head. Aroma is lightly earthy/fruity/citrus. Medium body. Flavor is slightly tart; moderately spicy. Pale fruit - earthy- citrus note. Definitely dry; more spicy than bitter. Very nice flavor.

Cask at the brewpub. Pours dark brown/black with a creamy tan head. Aroma of chocolate and smooth dark malt. Medium by. Flavor is slightly earthy, slightly sweet dark chocolate. Very nice.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours gold with a white head. Light melon aroma. Med body at least. Flavor is very dry melon. Not very bitter, but enough given lack of sugars. Somehow it is very tasty, despite low flavor strength. Way too easy to drink. Good stuff.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours clear dark gold with a white head. Aroma is grassy and bready. Med body I’d say. Flavor is grassy, but also a little spicy, and there’s enough hop to resolve any breadiness issue. Fairly dry and decently bitter for a pilsner. Good drink.
