Owlette from the taproom. Pours coppery gold with a white head. Aroma suggests tropical fruits. Med + body. Flavor is tropically fruity - more so than citrusy - the malt is caramel sufficient for support, but not too much. It's more bitter for me than 59 IBU might suggest. Really nice IPA.

Tap at the taproom. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Aroma is more floral and yeast than anything. Med body or better. Flavor is floral, spicy/clove, maybe a touch of banana, and it's earthy to some extent. Lots of saison type flavor in a fairly strong way. Good stuff.

Tap at the tasting room. Pours quite hazy orangy gold with a white head. Served in a Mason jar. Light citrus aroma. Near med body. Flavor is mixed citrus with some roasty malt. It's fairly dry and rather bitter. Perhaps more grapefruit than anything else. Not juicy, just that sort of citrus. More bitter than most APAs I've had. A little lemon seems to surface after awhile.
