Bottle from the Fat Cow on the Roof, Bangkok. Poured a hazy medium amber with a big frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is malt, tropical citrus fruit, mineral, fake sugar. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter with a dry malt, fruity, floral, light spicy hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to lively carbonation. Quite refreshing with lots of fruit up front. Nicely balanced bitterness.

Bottle from The Fat Cow, Bangkok. Pours hazy orange with some quite foamy top - that comes down but very slowly. Aroma is fresh and citrusy, Light peppery yeast spices. Taste has that buttery-citric Sorachi Ace character, interestingly blended with peppery-yeasty body, some lemon squeezed on top. Quite tasty and multi-layered, enjoying this one.

Bottle from The Fat Cow. Properly dark brown and nicely foamy pour. Nose is a bit medicinal, somehow feels like some liquid used with bandages of something. Malty smoked caramel-nutty base. Taste is a bit acidic-sour, again, probably going off at a good speed, still drinkable but lost its edge. Malty base and finish has something fruity going on. Not really getting these hops here, maybe somewhat more bitter but aromatics not really there. Something is wrong here.

Bottle from the Fat Cow, Bangkok. Poured a murky light amber with a big bubbly white head. The aroma is malt, dry aromatic hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a crisp, watery, dry mineral, aromatic, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Not the worst beer in the world but far from being the best. Nice bitterness throughout, but a touch rough around the edges. Gives me the feeling that I might wake up with a headache in the morning and that’s not good.
