Tap at Layman. Thicker malt body than typical for the style, British Pale Ale feel sort of. Hops are mild, more malt centered. Pleasant balance but all around rather homebrewish, chunky, undefined. Drinkable buy doesn't command bar price.

Tap at Layman. Rye comes through big. Funky honey touched alcohol undertones. Pleasantly dry, overall fun to try.

Fun take on a Dunkelweiss. Fruits are well incorporated. Takes the fruit notes of the DW and amps them in different directions. Rye helps a lot too, something I'm not sure I've seen before. Good.

Keg at the brewery, 9/24/22. Hazy pale yellow. Taste is wheat, citrus, coriander. Mild tartness. Want more tartness. Toothy mouthfeel. Decent.

Keg at the brewery, 9/24/22. Near black, large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of roast, coffee, green hops. Taste is roast, coffee, green hops. A bit sweet but well balanced. Rustic, complex. Nice.

Keg at the brewery, 9/24/22. New brewery! Brewery #2103, USA #1706, Wisconsin #184. Hazy orange, large tan head, good retention. Aroma of mild smoke, stone fruit. Taste is floral hop, smoke, stone fruit. Smoke is mild, but that’s appropriate for the style. Nice.
