Smell of straw. Golden colour, very high off-white head. Aroma of harsh malt, some grass, pepper. Fizzy carbon. Messy bitter. Far from a pale ale.

Smell of hay, some funky hoppiness.Hazy copper colour, high off-white head. Aroma of hops, resin, malt. Piney finish. Medium carbon. Bitter.

Bottled@HBF2018. Yellowish golden colour, minor head. Aroma is apples, some slight hops, Flavour is dry apple, some green apple skins, hops and mild herbal tones.

Bottle (Sonjan Herkku Ekenäs). Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some wooden and mild earthy and some earth. Flavour is floral, herbal, mild wooden and some yeasty tones. Like a Saison gone strange.

33 cl bottle @ Huikas, BBE 30.08.2025 Aroma has coffee and roastiness. Flavour has coffee, strong harsh bitterness from hops. Gooseberry bush? Old hops? Also some chocolate. Not exactly my thing.

Draught @ the brewpub Aroma has harsh malt and some fruitiness. Flavour has harsh malt, minerals, mild fruitiness, grapefruit and nettles. Gets some nice resiny tones after it warms up. Still, just too dry and lacks fruitiness.
