500mL bottle, pours a clear pale yellow with a tiny head. Aroma has medium sweetness and crisp apple skins. Flavour is very dry, with subtle, neutral oak and crisp apple skins. Maybe a hint of funk, but very prominently so. There's not a whole lot of depth here, but it's clean, dry and easy to drink. Pleasant.

This has a dry character. Gold colour, apple aroma. So a touch of sweetness up front but it goes dry, and then it has a touch of barrel as well, in particular the tannins. There's a bit of juiciness in the finish. It's okay.

Poured from 500mL bottle. Clear gold with minimal white head. Aroma of apple skin, extremely feint vanilla note. Taste is a bit bland apple skin. Average.

This cider has a crisp apple aroma with a floral note. The flavor is lightly sweet and crisp with a pleasant apple flavor. It finishes on the dry side. Nice balance.

Can - Light sulphur and apple peel. Pale gold with no head. Light acidity, nice apple peel notes and fairly dry. Nice table craft cider.
