Dark brown with a thick head. Assertive barrel on the nose, some fruitiness. Nose clearing alcohol and barrel. Yikes. The base, as big as it is, seems overwhelmed here.

Old school APA with deep amber colour, and chinook + centennial. Thick head. Bright orange and pine. Good quality base malts. Medium bitterness. Could call this a hoppy amber, but it'�s well-balanced.

On tap at Ridgewood, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is very sweet and candied, with overly sweet candied malt, resinous hops, and caramel. Flavour is cloyingly sweet, with lots of candied caramel malt, orange, and resinous hops. Way too sweet, candied and lacking hops. This isn't good.

Draft pour enjoyed at Chuck's CD. Juicy orange haze, slightly thinner appearance. Gentle aroma of subtle juicy hops. Flavor is also thinner than my usual hazy expectation, but I'm for it here. Melon juicy hops, with an icy cool finish. Flavorful and unique brew. Fun collab.

Draft pour pint enjoyed at Burke Gilman. Rating from backlog. On top of loving that these guys make this style regularly for all to enjoy, I also love that they execute it so well. This is incredible. Clean, dark copper pour. Aroma is full of bld, toasty malts, and is ultimately as inviting as it gets. Really nice array of malt flavors. Bready, toasty, all while being exceptionally smooth. Very flavorful lager to say the least. No metallic or off putting notes. Just a dark lager made with precision. Very impressed with this brew. I'll take another.

Draft pour pint, enjoyed at Burke Gilman. Rating from backlog. Bright, juicy golden haze with a lasting foam head and lacing. Tons of orange fruit on the nose here. Very aromatic hazy. Tangerine, melon fruit. Cool, juicy taste, tropical fruit punch constant. Really smooth taste. Extremely refreshing hazy, with what has to be a near perfect hop bill. Really well made IPA all around.

On tap at Burke Gilman, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of orange peel, coriander and a touch of citrus. Flavour is correctly constructed, with citrus, orange peel and a touch of coriander. Nicely balanced and clean. Good stuff for a style I don't usually care for.

On tap at Burke Gilman, pours a cloudy bright golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is dank as hell, with lots of pot-like hops, stone fruits, and some pine. Flavour is dominated by dank pot-like hops, some pine, and tropical stone fruits. Dank and fruity, with a nice residual bitterness. Excellent.
