Draft pour enjoyed at Burke Gilman. A soft haze, bright golden pour. Flavor is really cool and floral. Plenty of bubblegum to this. A touch sweet. A smooth Belgian overall. The floral far outweighs the bubblegum and sweet tones. A nice drink here.

Draft pour, enjoyed at Burke Gilman Brewing. A dark, thinner reddish brown pour, patchy head. Clean taste, carb is a bit high. Slight nutty grain, a soft roast. All remains sharp. Expected more of an English brown with this, but it was a bit more of an aggressive taste, opposed to a smooth, easy drinker. A unique session brown here.

32 oz crowler from the brewery. Dark, clean copper pour, patchy tan fizz head. Aroma is metallic, rich malts. Taste is similar. Sting up front, red berry hint, rich malt finish. Malty, sweet, barely a hint of a spiced malt. Bold taste. Not bad, but a less than interesting style for my taste.

Draft pour, enjoyed at Burke Gilman. Thick, dense, jet black pout, thin fading head. Really nice pumpkin brew here. Thick, and definitely a stout over a pumpkin beer. Pumpkin spice without the sweet. Cocoa touch, cinnamon spice. Smooth and delicious. Really well put together. Really enjoyed this one.

Draft pour, enjoyed at Burke Gilman.sodt cloudy, pale golden pour. Patchy fizz head. Really interesting saison here, and have become more and more interested in these table strength brews that remain full of flavor. Good spice kick up front with a straw grain background. Touch of funk, but its hiding. Smooth, easy drinking saison here. Enjoyed this.

Draft pour enjoyed at Burke Gilman. A bright, clean orange pour, a quick fading head. Still appearance. Piney, bordering dank aroma. Taste is classic as advertised. Smooth, thicker body. Bitter pine. Hop heavy finish. Pretty good IPA here.

Draft pour enjoyed at Burke Gilman. Thin appearance top this imperial brown. A dark brown, slight reddish tint. Not a ton of coffee here. Almost mistakes it for the Belgian dark, until I tried the Belgian dark. It's just hinted coffee, though it's more noticeable after trying others. Rich malt. Pretty good.

Draft pour pint, enjoyed at Burke Gilman Brewing. It's hard for me to resist a nice juicy, citrus IPA on a nice, sunny-ish winter day. Bright golden orange pour. Thin fizz head. Thin, but juicy taste. Orange and grapefruit jump out. Moderately bitter finish. Fruit peel like. Gives a slight sharp edge to an otherwise smooth and refreshing IPA. Really nice.

Draft pour pint, enjoyed at Burke Gilman Brewing. One of the rare times I'll be coming here not off the trail. Good stout here. Big roast flavor for what is a smaller stout. Dense jet black pour. Espresso tan cream head. Toasty malts with plenty of dark chocolate. Nothing really sweet about this stout. Bold dark chocolate and roast add up to quite the tasty brew. Body is thick, and a toasty coffee bean like linger. A stout like this is too easy for me to drink. It's delicious.
