This was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a dark brown almost black color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated within a sly minute. Some stringy lace.
The aroma had a classic sweet to roasty coffee bean to milk chocolate to subtle lactose-creaminess all around.
The flavor leaned towards the sweet side of it all. Definitely a huge milk chocolate sweetness running into the aftertaste and finish in a sticky manner.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionable to sipping quality about it. Kind of drinks like chocolate milk, pretty smooth and damp all around with a good ABV.
Overall, fairly nice sweet stout worthy of having again.

The appearance was a soft yellow color with a good transparency about it. Some carbonation could be seen rising at a moderate pace. Quickly dieing off white semi-foamy head. No lace.
The aroma had some corn sweetness, light lemon sugary sweetness and then some features of hay/grassiness.
The flavor leads with the sweet. Anything else? Not much, to be honest. Somewhat of a corn sweet sort of aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a pretty good sessionability about it. Pretty smooth all around.
Overall, pale lager, yes and it does the trick. Nothing bad about this one, to be honest.

The appearance was a semi-ruddy burnt orange color almost copper with a thin cap of a white head. Light transparency about it. Soft carbonation could be seen rising.
The aroma had a semi-sweet pumpkin fleshiness up front. Smelled authentic, and then some biscuit maltiness with a touch of pumpkin spices such as allspice and nutmeg.
The flavor had a nice balance between the sweet and the spice with the biscuit maltiness melding in for a nice balance. Light aftertaste of the pumpkin and spice. Finishes pretty quick with the pumpkin breadiness.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. ABV felt spot on. Spice harshness seemed to be tamed by the biscuit maltiness.
Overall, in a world where some pumpkin ales are overly spiced, some are too malty, this one is one of our little known standouts. I wonder how many people know about this little brewery and if pumpkin ale fans found this one, well, let’s just say this could change some minds out there.

Mu brother purchased a four pack at the brewery: pours dark amber with a beige head. Aroma is malty, pine, bready and such. Taste is malty. Lightly bitter. Lightly sauer... in a not great way. Not a huge fan.
