Bottle from Longstock Farm Shop and Cafe. Aroma of apple peel and juice. Faded gold. A few bubbles float around before disappearing. Light bitter. Vinegary sour comes through before the bitterness reasserts itself. Underlying juice but it's never particularly sweet. Light bodied. Thin. Long astringent finish. Enjoyable enough.
