Slow gushing to very good, thick, cream-coloured head over clear copper-amber beer. Very nice fruity nose, exotic fruit, lychee, passion fruit, pear, citruspeel. Bitter wiht sweet fruity background: some non-sweet caramel. Bitterish exotic fruit, bitter almonds. Light body, slick, creamy feel from the persistent head. Very good IPA - rare that a French brewery completely captured the idea of this style. Thx to Stef!

5/11/2018. Bottle from La Cave à Bulles, Paris. Pours golden with an off-white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, flowers, vanilla pods and strawberry ice cream. Medium plus sweetness, light citrus bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation.

Bottle from Cave a Bulles. Pours hazy gold with a slight white head. Aroma is fruit and floral. Med body. It’s bitter fruit with some floral aspects. Fairly dry. Very bitter for me. Pretty good stuff.

Bottle from Cave a Bulles. Pours hazy orangey gold with a white frothy head. Aroma of very ripe sugary fruit - sort of over ripe plum. Near med body. Flavor is peppery sweet, arguably tropical, fruit. Quite different. Everyone should try it at least once.
