Description
Inkraft Beer Company was founded in 2015 by two young Peruvians who came to study in France. Passionate about craft beers, they created a hoppy and original range with exotic touches from their home country.

Inkraft Beer Company brews its beers in an old farmhouse bought in 2009 by the town hall in order to preserve the heritage and create a hub of activity in the town.

Slow gushing to very good, thick, cream-coloured head over clear copper-amber beer. Very nice fruity nose, exotic fruit, lychee, passion fruit, pear, citruspeel. Bitter wiht sweet fruity background: some non-sweet caramel. Bitterish exotic fruit, bitter almonds. Light body, slick, creamy feel from the persistent head. Very good IPA - rare that a French brewery completely captured the idea of this style. Thx to Stef!

5/11/2018. Bottle from La Cave Γ  Bulles, Paris. Pours golden with an off-white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, flowers, vanilla pods and strawberry ice cream. Medium plus sweetness, light citrus bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation.

Bottle from Cave a Bulles. Pours hazy gold with a slight white head. Aroma is fruit and floral. Med body. It’s bitter fruit with some floral aspects. Fairly dry. Very bitter for me. Pretty good stuff.

Bottle from Cave a Bulles. Pours hazy orangey gold with a white frothy head. Aroma of very ripe sugary fruit - sort of over ripe plum. Near med body. Flavor is peppery sweet, arguably tropical, fruit. Quite different. Everyone should try it at least once.
