A family micro brewery based in Swaffham, Norfolk, brewing traditional and modern beers which are suitable for vegan/vegetarian diets. Production began in 2021 and currently beer is available in casks, polypins and bottles. Distribution is via local pubs and farmers' markets. Brew capacity is circa 600 litres per brew.

500ml bottle from Beer Hatch, Norwich. Pours orange with a good size white foamy head. Good carbonation. Aromas & tastes of fruits & hops. Medium body. Light bitter finish.

5/3/2026. Cask at The Kings Head, Norwich. Good pour. Nice citrusy, grapefruit, grassy aroma. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Refreshing beer for a sunny (almost) spring day.

28/10/2025. Cask at Norwich Beer Festival (Waterfront). Nice pour. Aroma is malty, caramel, fruity, biscuit, butterscotch. Nice hoppiness. Fairly sweet, moderate bitterness and body. Slightly oily and watery. Decent.

Cask at the Marlborough Arms, Norwich. Nose is pear drops, tropical fruit, citrus. Taste is much the same. Sweet, malty & easy drinking number.

Cask, third pint. @Nottingham Beer Festival 2024, Nottingham (England). 12/10/2024 [#7.925 Global - #999 England - #1 Steam-Shed Brewing (My English brewery #315)] Pours amber with a white head. Aroma: caramelly malts, toffee and brown sugar. Taste: intense caramelly and toffee. Bitter palate. Balanced. Next one, please!
