Description
A family micro brewery based in Swaffham, Norfolk, brewing traditional and modern beers which are suitable for vegan/vegetarian diets. Production began in 2021 and currently beer is available in casks, polypins and bottles. Distribution is via local pubs and farmers' markets. Brew capacity is circa 600 litres per brew.

28/10/2025. Cask at Norwich Beer Festival (Waterfront). Just pronounced beauty apparently. Good pour. Quite sweet. Fruity. Moderate roasted bitterness. Good.

28/10/2025. Cask at Norwich Beer Festival (Waterfront). Nice pour. Aroma is malty, caramel, fruity, biscuit, butterscotch. Nice hoppiness. Fairly sweet, moderate bitterness and body. Slightly oily and watery. Decent.

Cask at the Marlborough Arms, Norwich. Nose is pear drops, tropical fruit, citrus. Taste is much the same. Sweet, malty & easy drinking number.

Cask at The Kings Head, Norwich. Chocolate caramel, toffee and brown sugar aromas. Rich sweet flavours. Malty sweet finish. Very nice.

Cask, third pint. @Nottingham Beer Festival 2024, Nottingham (England). 12/10/2024 [#7.925 Global - #999 England - #1 Steam-Shed Brewing (My English brewery #315)] Pours amber with a white head. Aroma: caramelly malts, toffee and brown sugar. Taste: intense caramelly and toffee. Bitter palate. Balanced. Next one, please!

24-27/10/2023. From cask at the 45th Norwich Beer Festival. Pours clear dark ruby brown with a small frothy off-white to beige head. Good pour. Aroma is malty, chocolate, dark fruits, dried fruits, caramel, touch of nut. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Slightly oily and watery, average to soft carbonation. Good traditional mild.

24-27/10/2023. From cask at the 45th Norwich Beer Festival. Pours clear amber/chestnut brown with a small creamy off-white head. Aroma is malty, caramel, fruits, wet walnut, nutmeg. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, peppery edge. Slightly oily, average to soft carbonation. Drying finish. Indeed a bit of a curiosity.
