The bottle looks normal, the beer in the glass not so good. Only modest turbid, very big bulbs in the foam. Tastes yeasty and dry, somehow hard. Prickly finish, but all in all a boring beer!

Bottle: Poured reddish tea color but still clear with a beige head. Sweet malt and yeast works it way through my nasal passage. The taste is sweet malt with a bit of a bitter hop to it.

Bottle. Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, bread, grain. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a short duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (140308)

Bottle. Sour barley malt and lemon aroma. Cloudy orange-yellow color with moderate head. Sour malt, hay/slight barnyard flavor with a slight grassy hops finish - a very nice bottled Kellerbier.

500ml flip-top bottle brought back home from a visit to Trier in September 07. Unfiltered dunkel with a beige head that rests for a while on a deep, dark mahogany body. Nice glass-lacing. Inviting aroma with rounded chocolate from roasted malts. Flavour of watered cocoa with notes of grain. Some yeasty tartness towards the end. The smells, however, promise much more than the taste can handle (on a Saturday eve at home in Tromsø, 20.10.2007).

bottle, thank you MoritzF! Dark goden colour, medium-sized head. Malty with hints of caramel and roasted malt, a bit thin perhaps.

Test vom 9.8.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,9,9,8,11,9 - 8,95
