I was pleasantly surprised with this one. The taste is fruity, yeasty, creamy, decently aromatic, coriander, better than the lager version, 08.05.18, at Prélaz.

In my opinion, it is a reasonable weissbier, more on German influence with small notes of coriander, wheat, refreshing, 16.04.17

For this brewery big brewery of the Carlsberg holding, I have found this one not bad. A correct witbier that it sounds for me more on the Belgian way with notes of ginger, mint, cloves, rather herbal, malt, discreet wheat, normal hop, 05 08.20, at Bonfol, buying it at one coop.

It is not a grand cru but it makes the job to refresh your taste buds, lemonade effect, sparkling, not sweet at the extreme, light, 05.09.18, purchased at the pronto at Montreux and drinking there.

Finishing these bottles, yesterday, at home, Epalinges, in family. Personally, I prefer the braufisch version. This one is metalic, malty, boozy with some toffee note, a bit unbalanced, some classical hop at the final, 19.02.22, at Epalinges, purchased at one coop.

It is an acceptable beer for this brewery, side of hop but it is not so bitter than a German pils, malty, final note sweet, 16.04.17, in the flat of Massimo in Prélaz, purchased at one coop, supermarket.
