Bottle shared at the January 2023 PS tasting, 1/26/23. Hazy amber, large tan head, good retention. Aroma of nuts, caramel, green apple. Taste is green apple, caramel. Not much barrel character. Mildly tart and I don't think that was intentional. Overall okay.
