Aroma: nice dried fruits, brown sugars, nice American oak and sweetness.
Taste: along the same lines, loads of vanilla, quite sweet.
Overall: nice one, but vanilla and swetness are a bit over the top here compared to the regular version, which I preferred more.

Dark brown, no head. The aroma has a ton of vanilla, light chocolate, and the same rich fruitiness and barrel of the original. There’s a lot of fruitiness, great balance. The vanilla is strong but balanced. Good barrel. Refined, elegant.

Poured from 500mL bottle. Very dark brown with almost no beige head. Bourbon barrel, fair bit of vanilla, maybe too much, tasty, but a little too much vanilla. Prefer regular Cellarfolk, the Modern Times base holds this up. Definitely not brewed at Stoup.

Taste: along the same lines, complex. Finishes with some light and pleasant alcohol kick.
Overall: one of those best Moderm Times beers they released right before shutting down their BA program. Very nice 👌 🤩

Inky black pour, of course no head. Rich nose, classic MT. Lots of sugars, dark fruits, and bourbon rounding things out. On the palate, the fruitiness really shines, the way is brings depth and complexity to all those sugars. The barrel smooths out the rough edges. Just enough carbonation - it's almost flat but doesn't feel too flat or oily. Excellence across the board.
