Brewery draught, 9/19/24. Clear, burnished brass. Small, off-white head, dense, well-retained. Sweaty and fruity hop blend. Bready, biscuity malts balancing well. Not too woody. Not too acidic, no booze. Malty, with a touch of buttery, English yeast, fruity hops and bitterness that quickly fades. A bit toastier than I'd prefer, but it's well-done and nice to see not just another cookie cutter DIPA.

Nitro at the brewery, 9/19/24. Dark, probably clear. Big, tan head, good retention. Lightly roasty, very chocolatey and showing tons of fruity coffee. Light dates, vanilla, low roast, low acidity, but doesn't seem too sweet. Not boozey. Malty, but with good attenuation. Round, sweet, earthy chocolate and tasteful, fruity coffee. Nitro loosens the body but the malt depth is impressive. No syrup, no alcohol. Low lactose character.

Brewery draught, 9/19/24. Clear, brassy-blonde. Small, creamy, white head, slowly to cover. Soft and malty with unripe green grape, plaster, mineral and pepper. Nothing crude. Light pear fruitiness on the finish and bits of biscuit and honey from the malt. Similar flavors. Tons of stone fruit, black pepper, biscuit, honey and a malty, dry texture. Excellent, excellent yeast expression. Absolutely nothing crude. Glad to see Liquid Riot isn't really dead.
