Description

33cl Bottle from HEMA. Hazy, almost opaque yellow colour, bright creamy and fluffy white head. Looks great. Aroma is light sour, lemons, wheat, buckwheat, flour, spelt. Flavour is light sweet, lemon, light tart, wheat, yeast, tart-bitter finish. Light to medium bodied, firm but suitable carbonation. Refreshing. I liked it.

Cloudy straw yellow colour, good frothy white head, diminishes slowly, good lacing. Buckwheat nose, lemon peel, yeast, hint of pine. Mild and light sweet and sour taste, wheat, yeast. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation, aftertaste as in taste plus light bitter notes. Not your regular Witbier as it should be, but quaffable.

Dark brown color with tan head. Rusty, metallic, old cellar from the bottom-fermented yeasts. Taste is coffee, more rust, quite spicy from the yeasty. Too much carbonation. Interesting.
