A family owned brewery since we opened in 2012. We specialize in German ales and lagers but we brew a variety of styles on our 40 taps! Our beers are hand crafted in small batches using the finest ingredients available.

Sampled from a growler at the Cajun Cafe Fall Fest. Pours a cloudy pale gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. ARoma has earthy grains with a hint of light tart fruit and a bit of smoke. Flavor has a nice tart wheat and light fruit with some smoke coming through in the finish.

Pours a hazy gold with a slight amber hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has some light tropical fruit, belgian yeast and earthy grains with a hint of spice. Flavor has sweet grains up front with light grassy hops and a good amount of earthiness.

Sampled from the bottle at the Cajun Cafe Fall Fest. Pours a cloudy amber brown with a tan head that starts at the edges and dissipates completely. Aroma has a strong sweet alcohol note with sweet grains, sweet fruit and caramel. Flavor is more balanced with caramel throughout and a bit of bourbon with some underlying cookie. Drinks surprisingly well.

Sampled from a growler at the Cajun Cafe Fall Fest. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a sweet wheat note with a nice underlying maple and a hint of light fruit. Flavor has maple up front with sweet wheat and a hint of caramel.

Sampled from a growler at the Cajun Cafe Fall Fest. Pours a cloudy amber with a yellowish brown head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a deep rye note with some dark bread and just a hint of sweetness. Flavor has notes of rye throughout with a bit of a dark bread and a hint of earthy grass in the finish. Drinkable.

Sampled from a Growler at the Cajun Cafe Fall Fest. Pours a clear pale yellow with a white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces slightly. Aroma has a tart wheat note with some light fruit with a bit of underlying sweetness and a hint o salt. Flavor has a nice late fruit/wheat tartness to it and drinks extremely easy.
