Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a clear pure gold colored body that supports a bright white head of foam. The aroma offers up some sweet honey bread followed by followed by lemon to faint herbal hoppiness. The taste delivers smooth semi sweet bread quickly punctuated by the carbonation and lemon to grapefruit rind hoppiness. It finishes with a dry malty cracker note. A tad muddled in its expression but a tasty offering nonetheless.
