100cl flip-top bottle as a gift. Pours very dark brown, almost black, with a fairly modest, beige head. Grainy and malty with some roasty notes and just a hint of chocolate. Certainly tastes like a Lithuanian dark beer, something I can't right pinpoint, and also I'm not quite a fan. Somewhat drinkable, but the bottle is too big and I'm pretty sure I don't want to drink this again. Not my cup of tea.

[ As Butautu Dvaro Alus Šokolado Juodasis ].Unclear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, sweet chocolate, toffee, sweet malt, caramel - toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, cheap chocolate, pale chocolate, dark malt, toffee, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170408] 4-3-5-3-8

1l bottle. Black colour with ruby reflexes, large beige frothy head that stays for a while. Nose is herbs, caramel. Mouth is intensive roasted malt, herbs similar to cannabis, a bit of dark chocolate. Light bitterness, not sweet. Medium carbonation, medium body, easy to drink. Very good, with distinctive Lithuanian character.
