Cheap can. Pour is slight haze on pale but the big deal here is the head, its overflowing and taking up most of the glass. nose is odd dull lemon. With the first taste I'm impressed with the amount of cutting co2. Usually, these IPA bombs are simply mouth-coating viscous and nearly flat, if any co2 at all. Yes, after I get over the welcomed co2, I get the bitter hops. Tastes a little like they used champagne yeast in this one. This thing reminds me of a pale ale that I had from great divide called ridgeline. Fairly sharp bitterness someplace between an IPA and a not well made very sharp bitter domestic pilsner. Not a great brew but it's acceptable for tick.

$2 can from vintage. Odd volatile off orange nose, not too attractive to the olfactory. Look is brownish hazy dirty orange. Head fades to nothing after a minute. First taste is much better than the look and the smell. It's like the flavor is unrelated to the nose and eye, weird impression. Yes, taste is not really orange creamsicle, just natural tart orange flavors. Quite tasty on the buds and it has a goodly amount of carbonation to boot. Barely any detectable alky in the flavor this. OK, as I get towards the bottom of the glass, I see chunks in there that were previously hidden by the haze. Yes, tho initially turned off by the color and the nose, this turned out to be a pretty enjoyable drink. There, you have it.

Drank right from the can after a shot glass taster. Slightly hazy pale beer. Yes, it's called a wheat, but no way is this anything like a hefe; its pure wheat ale. Aroma surprisingly is like a saison. Taste is not as bitter as most wheat ales, like those who want to be an IPA, but it is bitter none the less. To say there is citrus in there, I'm not sure. As a benefit it does at least have a slightly higher alky content that is better than most bitter beers which actually makes it a little worthwhile to tolerate the ill wheat ale attributes. Wheat ale, never really got the benefit of this style. Must say, it has decent carbonation to the end. There you have it.

Big hazy beer in my steeler stein. Perfumy volatile piney hops penetrating my olfactory. First taste blows me away, a big hoppy rototiller plowing across my taste buts. Rubber, bullshit ballbuster, mouth coating hand soap, nasty negative nellie, whopping green grapefruit rotten fermenting rinds, mixed with pine tar and then blended in a food processor with a little diesel. Yes, terribly on style and maybe even so for a double impy IPA in taste. A real man's beer, mansplain it, just like it says on the label. So difficult for this cheap mild pale lager lover. If you like IPA, ignore my numbers, this stuff is the BOM of IPA, put it on your bucker list. Yes, terribly on style. There you have it. Whew, a one sided unbalanced beer fer sher. So many hops it almost gets the gag reflex going.

On tap pours out dark brown almost black topped with a tan head. Nose is sweet chocolate dipped strawberries and some vanilla. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate strawberries some roast malts.
