50 cL bottle. Pours golden orange with a white head. Mildly spiced and soft caramel malt aroma. Flavour is sweet and yeasty spiced, has solid caramel malty flavour. Finish is slight sweet caramel malty. Somewhat simple triple and without the Belgian yeasty complexity and a smoothness.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and beautiful golden red with a lacing off-white head. Classic bock aroma with a mild spice note. Flavour is clean barley and smooth spiced. Light metallic and caramel malty flavour. Sweet and slight spice note lingering nicely together. Ends with a mild barley and caramel malt sweetness. Nice.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy amber and with a dense light brown head. Slight fruity aroma and with a solid level of brittish aroma hops, slight spiced. Flavour is slight smoked, caramel malt and with a slight acidity. Ends slight acidic, infection?

Bottled (9.3%). Cloudy dark amber, brief head. Light pineapple aroma. Sweet and medium bodied with clean mouthfeel. Very fruity with vague almond character. Salty finish.

Bottled. Very black, brief beige head. Rich licorice aroma. Compact, dense body with plenty of chocolate, tobacco and licorice. Concentrated flavour, long bitter finish. A really well made imperial stout.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Myrup. Slightly hazy amber golden with a tall, handsome, off-white head leaving some laces. Sweetish malty, lightly citrusy aroma. Medium-bodied with lightly tart, citrusy accents. Subdued bitterness. There’s a light infection lurking in there somewhere. 311007

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of alcohol and straw.

50 cL bottle. Pours slight hazy orange with a diminished off-white head. Slight acid aroma with a mild malt base beneath. Flavour is citric to acid. Infected. Ends with a citric malt flavour. Needs to be rerated.4-3-4-3-8=2.2

re-rate: Slight earth to mouldy aroma and with a mild fruity. Flavour is mildly sweet. Has a mild caramel malt note. Decent, still note great and still slight infected but not as bad as the first bottle.5-3-5-3-10=2.6

Bottle. Nice head with medium duration. Color is pale golden. Aroma and taste are malt and hops with some straw and hints of fruit and citrus.

Bottle. Unclear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate hoppy, grass, citrus, light malty, hay, straw, caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (091007)
