50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity and light yeasty. Spiced, peppery, mild nutty and light fruity. Dry wooden and nutty. Bitter and dry finish.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of spices, elderflowers, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of spices, water, straw, and caramel, leading to a dry bitter finish. The body is thin.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of jaghana. Pours a deep golden with a slight haze and a tiny off-white head. Fruity and very sweet spicy nose - coriander - with a little yeast. Medium body, sweet fruit and yeast, with a dryish finish. Quite pleasant though. 311011

bottle, donated by jaghana - merci! Mid-October - high time for this year’s first christmas beer. Hazy deep brown colour, large beige head. Malty, hints of raisins, general fruitiness detectable, pleasantly hoppy in the finish.

Bottle 500ml.Unclear matt light to medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, herbs, coriander. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20110918]
