Aroma has citron, yeast and hints of sugar. Flavour is sweetish with honey, some sugary notes and citron. A bit slimy palate. Quite close to what it promises to be; a homemade mead ( = kotisima). Pairs fine with funnel cake.

Aroma has brown sugar, some lemon and yeasty tones. Mild kotikalja vibes here. Flavour has lemon, brown sugar and hints of yeast. Palate is slightly oily and a bit low on CO2. Refreshing and good!
