This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a dark brown close to black color with a film of a white head. Barely any lace.
The aroma had a nice blend of roasted malts, some chocolate, then vanilla ends with a touch of pecans.
The flavor blended the sweet to the roast fairly nice. Sly milky sweet aftertaste with some vanilla. Wet sweet finish.
On the palate, this one sat between a light and medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. ABV felt appropriate.
Overall, fairly nice as an Irish dry stout, but starting to wonder if it’s their yeast that’s causing the \"pecans\" taste and aroma, still, not distracting.

This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a semi-dark brown color with a cap of a white foamy head that dissipated at a nice pace. Lace slides with the beer being consumed.
The aroma blends some roasted malts to maple syrup. Light nuts, somewhat like pecans (more or less) and then some milk chocolate.
The flavor yields to the sweetness of the blend of the previously mentioned aromas. Just a touch of the roast comes out, but not too much. Leans mainly towards the sweet in the aftertaste. Finishes with the pecans to maple syrup.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. ABV felt appropriate. Syrup seems to smooth things out quite a bit in this one.
Overall, they said \"maple\" and \"porter\" but they didn’t say \"pecans\" in this one. Not sure where I got the pecans, but I didn’t mind as it didn’t disturb the aroma or flavor, just something I noticed.

Poured into a nonic pint glass, the appearance was a dark brown almost black color with a semi-thick semi-foamy sort of white head. Mild dissipation. Some lace.
The aroma started off with some roasted dark grains, some coffee beans and then coffee grounds. Some cereal and toast comes out as it warms.
The flavor blends some soft sweet cereal and grains to roasty coffee beans. Mild roasty coffee to grainy sort of aftertaste rolling on into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a good sessionable to sipping sort of mobility about it along my tongue, semi-smooth to a misleading sort of roastiness. Good ABV, that felt good.
Overall, good American stout for the most part, I’d have again.

A lightly hazed dark amber ale with a thin light mocha head. In aroma, nice pumpkin spices, light cloves, light cinnamon, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with loads of cloves, cinnamon, fruity esters, nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

A golden DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with nice resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, tropical fruit, pleasant and smooth. On tap at brewery.

A deep dark brown porter with a very thin off white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light chocolate notes, light vanilla, OK. In mouth, a nice chocolate malt with light vanilla, caramel notes, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

A reddish copper ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light grassy hops, light mineral, light off notes. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, light cloves, very yeasty, OK. On tap at brewery.

A golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light musty character, OK. In mouth, a nice musty biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light citrus, nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

A reddish copper ale with a thin white head. In aroma, classic caramel malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with smooth British hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

New England Bucket List Trip #161. Keg at the brewery. Pours a dark brown with a large foamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of roasted malt and chocolate. The taste is chocolate, roasted malt, mild hops and smoke. Thin-medium bodied.
