Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of TheCheeseMan. Pours a clear amber with an off-white head. Very malty and caramellish nose with a metallic whiff. Rather solid body, with a massive malt base, some caramel. The finish is rather bitter and alcoholic - the bottom fermenting yeast cannot really bear the alcohol. 270310

Sampled from the bottle at Beer Run in Charlottesville, VA. Pours a hazy light amber color with a medium frothy head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma of caramel malts, noble hops with some citrus, and an almost tea-like note. Taste is grassy hops, caramel malts, citrus and the same tea notes. Medium bodied. Decent beer.

22oz bottle @Suttree’s Nothing else to do TN Gathering. Thanks decaturstevo-pours a dissipating light tan head and amber color. Aroma is sweet medium malt-molasses, secondary pine hops. Taste is sweet medium malt-molasses, secondary pine/cedar hops bite. [Same as Suttree, I wouldn’t have guessed DB, my thoughts went to ASA.]

22 fl oz bottle as Hebrew Blockhead. Pours hazy dark orange with a small tan head. Aroma is mild fruity and hoppy. Bitter and dry initial impression. Smooth malty base and mild malty towards vague metallic note into the finish. Good.

Bottle. Nice cloudy orange, golden lacing head, fine pearling. Nice grassy nose. Nice balance between fruity passionfruit and peach, grassy hops, salty yeast, somewhat phenolic. Weird, but good.

Tap @ OTH. Pours golden, white head. Aroma, smells like wort, lots of grain and malt goodness. Flavor, load of rye?, really nothing I would expect fro a pilsner, plenty of malts quickly followed by some citrus hops and light spicy mouthfeel. Profile retain a mild caramel malt approach with a nice clean finish.
