On tap. Pours a golden/ blond cloudy with a thin white head. Fruity and spicy. Good presence of citrus, little orange peel and a nice extra bite with the use of spices such as ginger. Smooth and a really good balance between fruits and herbs/spices. Very refreshing and pleasing brew.

Lively, hazy golden beer - very spicy/herbal aroma, with strong coriander, ginger, some licorice/anise/fennel character, grapefruit-like citrus pulp, and even a hint of lavender - fairly soft carbonation in the mouth - the flavor starts out a tiny bit bitter, and quite spicy (almost peppery), as ginger stings the tongue - some malt sweetness and wheat character arrive a little later, coupled with some orange-ish citrus - spiciness comes back around for a second time, but a minty, cooling quality arrives with it, adding an interesting dimension - long lasting, spicy ginger finish - this is quite interesting stuff - if only all shmaltz beers were this good.

Nice deep hazy golden coloured body with a thinnish white head. Aroma of strong malt - seemingly rye? with some good hops and nice yeast thrown in the mix. Medium-bodied; Strong rye flavoured malty taste with some mild hops and a bit of nuts. Aftertaste shows more rye, alcohol, hops and a good alcohol overtone. Overall, a good spring/summery beer with the malt sticking out most. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from K&E Discount Beverage in New Paltz, New York on 19-April-2008.

Very clear copper amber body with a medium frothy off-white head. Sweet hoppy aroma with some caramel and sugar. Clean caramel and sugar flavor, some light hop flavor and a good bitter finish. Medium body with moderate carbonation.

Bomber shared with Degarth courtesy of Degarth. Thanks again. The pour comes out deep copper with thin off white head. The aroma is mild with faint grainy to pale maltiness followed by some spice hops. The taste is full and refreshing with a solid pulse of pale malts to grainy malts to mild caramel and biscuit malts. Hops are noticed too with floral flowery notes and spice. Nice session beer with solid flavors.

Bottle. Copper/amber beer with a tan head. Malty, light spice aroma. Clean malt flavor with a bit of grass and spice. Medium-light body. Easy drinking. LIngering light malt, light mineral, light spice.

A beer doesn’t have to be big and heavy to be well crafted and this one is done nicely. Clear deep copper with a small off-white head. Juicy caramel malt aroma. Lots of Munich malt flavors here with some nice hop dry notes coming in towards the finish.

Bomber from Country Club Liquors; Nose of grain, caramel, and flowery hops; copper with a medium beige head; flavor has caramel, light hop bitterness, and a little light fruitiness; finish a tiny smidgeon of hops.

Clear amber/light copper body, thin-medium off-white to buff head. Bready, caramely nose, with herbal hops. Thin body, tightly carbonated, with light toffee and sweet breads, earthy, herbal hops, with a peppery, bitter finish. Thin. Basic.

Light caramel aroma with a hint of hop. Slightly hazy amber color with a decent white head. Near full body with creamy, brisk carbonation. Caramel flavor with some pretty decent hop - noble, citrus - floral? Seems a bunch. Definitely citrus. The finish is reasonably dry, and the bitter tends to build. This is 50% of the way to Boston Beer’s Imperial Lager. Very nice in the mouth. Best lager I’ve had today, this week, this month, ... It is really good - an ale drinker should be able to enjoy this.
