Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, caramel, hops and has a nice bitter finish.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear very dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, caramel and licorice. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. 280718

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours hazy amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with notes of fruit and touches of hops. Bitter, hoppy and grassy flavour with sweetish notes of malt and yeast and round, fruity touches. Bitter and estery aftertaste with malty notes. Reasonable.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Clear dark golden, small white head. Piney, caramely aroma. Strong piney bitterness, light bodied. Gets a little rough.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Long heavy bitter ifnish. Creamy palate.

Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity hops, sweet malt, pale malt, citrus - grapefruit - orange, dried fruit. 23/7/2018. Bottle from The Pele Micropub, Corbridge. Pours pale golden colour with a small white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, malt, biscuit, flowers and grass. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. A nice light citrusy hoppy golden ale.
