Bottle from Micro Beer Crate. Pours a black with moderate brown head which leaves a nice top. Aroma is a little subtle but there is a creamy sweet and roast malt with chocolate, some hay. Being an oatmeal stout its all about the mouthfeel with this one. Lovely creamy and smooth malts. The taste again is pleasant but not huge on flavour, some light roast, milk chocolate, grass, light berry tang. Good but could have been even better.

440ml can from Dalling & Co Delicatessen, Kings Langley, Herts. A dense hazy golden/orange coloured pour with a decent white head on top. Hoppy, orange, tropical fruit, coconut aroma. Tastes similar, decent enough Sabro offering from Lock 81.

Keg at Wishful Drinking, Rickmansworth, Herts. A dark brown/black coloured pour with a medium beige head on top. Rich, roasty, chocolate, coffee aroma and taste. Slightly sweet but a very drinkable stout from this newish brewery quite local to me.
