7/8/2018. Bottle from Galeria Kaufhof Frankfurt. Pours clear very pale gold with a brief fizz and no head. Aroma of medium sweet ripe apples and light herbal notes. Medium to heavy bitterness, very light tartness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. More tartness develops. Easy drinking cider.
