500ml bottle. Clear pale golden colour with medium to small frothy white head. Grainy caramel malt aroma. Not too sweet attenuating caramel malt taste, well balanced but a bit monotonous.

Draft, 0.5l. Pours hazy brownish yellow with mid sized creamy foam. Wheat, bread and yeast aroma. Refreshing sweet and sour malty taste with light bitterness at finish. Medium bodied with oily texture and soft carbonation in palate. Very good one...

28/08 0.33 l bottle from Bierkultur nine pack, acquired in an Interspar, Villach. It poured hazy orange body with big head. Fine sweetish cloves and banana, cloying wheat aroma. Sourish flavor, lower quality than aroma would suggest, bubblegum, banana, chalk yeasty, all the typical wheat things. Medium bodied with slightly acidic and chalky finish. An average hefe with some of its notes being really fine, but also quite watery.

Bottle for the Bierkultur 9-pack courtesy of heavy (thanks!) Poured a misty golden body with a big, lasting white head. Very dusty clovey nose, very light banana. Light bubblegum and banana in the obviously sweet taste. Bit too light for its own good.

Dark brown with a lasting off-white head. Aroma filled with ripe barley and straw, with a bit of dark sugar and caramel. Sugary sweet caramel and treacle flavour with a faint roasted note and some raw grain.

Bottle at the Great Japan Beer Festival, Osaka, 2011. Malt and cardboard aroma, very light, pale gold. Very sweet, malty flavor with a little cardboard and a little biscuit. Boting and not very good from the bottle.

Bottle: Outspoken pale greenish-golden, a bit hazy, small foamy layer; light to moderate herbal-grassy nose, malty base detectable; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, pretty soft; citrussy hops in the slightly lingering bitter-malty finish. Pleasant austrian Pils.....

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Herbal and slightly grassy hoppy aroma with mildly doughy and grainy malty notes. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crisp mouthfeel. Balanced grainy malty taste with a herbal hoppy conterpart; sweet-bitter grainy and slightly herbal hoppy finish with a slightly sharp carbonation. Fresh and nice Pilsener. 29.III.11
